Yesterday's fridge raid late lunch pasta:
🌞 Zucchinis
🌞 Zucchini flowers
🌞 Fennel
🌞 Spinach
🌞 Green beans
🌞 Anchovies
🌞 Garlic

Seasoned and tossed with brown butter, lemon zest, dry vermouth, yuzu juice, tsuyu, parsley, olive herb and allllll the edible flowers on my balcony ✌️

Ps. First two pics were taken with my very old cropped sensor camera, third with my phone. I'm in such a holiday mode that I can't seem to be able to whip up my proper gear at all 😃

I'm still recovering from this dream of a trip! If you ever have a chance to visit Bilbao, I highly recommend visiting at least the following places:

🫦 I think I can die happy having eaten at the almost 100 year old @lavinadelensanche 😭🍳
🫦 Creative mix of Argentinian and Asian flavors at @dandolabrasa 🔥
🫦 @azurrorockpub takes song requests (I asked for Queen: Flash). They also have hundreds of old games you can play (Willow!!!) - any chance of opening another location at Helsinki? 🫶
🫦 @golden_erah is a must for vintage sports clothing lovers 🏀
🫦 Vinos y pintxos @corkbilbao ❤️
🫦 @bihotzcafe has great coffee and craft beer 💯
🫦 @mr.marvelous.bilbao makes a heavenly gooey tortilla
🫦 Gaztandeki specializes in cheese pintxos 🤤
🫦 Zorrotzaurre island is an old industrial area with flea markets, artist studios, creative spaces and the world's first video game university - glad I saw it before it becomes "a modern, sustainable urban district with housing, businesses, and cultural spaces"
🫦 @azkunazentroa is a cultural center with library, exhibition space and a rooftop pool (among other things)
